I am the founder and leader of one of the biggest research clusters in the Faculty of Business, Law and Tourism, 'The People, Management, and Responsible Organisational Behaviour' research cluster. I also lead a team of well-experienced researchers from the world’s top-ranked Universities in France, Australia, China, Denmark, Finland, Bangladesh, Oman, Norway, and the UK, to publish high-quality research papers in the chartered association of business schools (CABS’) ranked journals.

I am also an Editorial Review Board Member in the Africa Journal of Management (AJoM) (CABS 2-STAR). I am also an Honorary Associate Advisor of the Faculty of Business Administration at EXIM Bank Agricultural University, Bangladesh.

Prior to this, I was a Senior Lecturer in leadership and management at Edge Hill University Business School. Before Edge Hill, I was a part-time lecturer in HRM at Teesside University Business School. I also worked as an academic tutor at the University of Sunderland Business School between 2012–2015. I was also a Lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour, MBA Class, at the London College of Business, Birmingham Campus, in 2010.

I hold a PhD in Human Resource Development and Leadership Development Strategies from the University of Sunderland, and a master’s degree in HRM from Teesside University. I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from Ebonyi State University (EBSU) and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management (Distinction) from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), all in Nigeria.

I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
