Research
My doctoral research investigated the influence of trust on the sharing of practical knowledge in technology-producing Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
I am looking to build on this and develop my research portfolio further.
I have a keen interest in how informal learning behaviours influence organisational working practices. Moving forward, I am therefore looking to focus on formulating novel approaches to modelling informal learning behaviours using organisational information systems to support decision-making when developing new products (Innovation 4.0), operations (Operations 4.0), and managing quality (Quality 4.0).
